Mr. Hagman joined Baird in 2018. Prior to joining Baird, he was the Director of Institutional Clients Services for over 14 years at Cortina Asset Management in Milwaukee, WI. His primary duties included working with existing clients and their consultants on their portfolios. Mr. Hagman also worked extensively with the firm’s portfolio managers and equity research analysts analyzing various market conditions, individual stocks for the portfolio strategies as well as broad-based index research. Prior to Cortina, he was employed by U.S. Bancorp; formally Firstar Investment Research & Management Co. in Milwaukee as an equity research analyst covering various sectors and industries. Mr. Hagman received his B.S. degree in business administration with a focus on finance in 2000 from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, family and friends. He also enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible no matter what season it is and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams. Mr. Hagman also enjoys helping at his children’s school.
