Ms. Bratland joined Baird in 2022. Prior to joining Baird, she worked in the mental health industry as a behavioral treatment therapist, providing support to families who have children on the autism spectrum. She attended Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Ms. Bratland is currently responsible for operations administration for our group.
